Before you book
Worth fixing?
Sometimes the honest answer is no. If a repair costs more than the machine is worth, we'll tell you that instead of quoting it.
Before we come
The make, model and what it's doing gets us most of the way. Model numbers are usually inside the door frame or on the back panel.
Evenings work
Appliance faults tend to surface at the worst time. Evenings and weekends are our normal hours, not an emergency surcharge.
